1. PARTIES

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Hunxa Global Recruitment Pvt. Ltd. ("Service Provider") and ________________________________________ ("Employer/Organization").

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Service Provider agrees to provide recruitment services based on the selected Premium/Professional Tier, which include:

• Management of job postings and candidate sourcing.
• Initial screening and shortlisting of candidates.
• Coordination of interviews and technical assessments.
• Replacement guarantee for candidates who leave within the specified period.

3. REPLACEMENT POLICY

Under the Professional/Premium Tier, Hunxa Global Recruitment provides a 30-day replacement guarantee. If a placed candidate leaves the organization within 30 days of joining (due to performance or resignation), the Service Provider will provide a one-time replacement at no additional service cost, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Platform's policy.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

Fees are determined by the selected subscription tier (Essential, Professional, or Premium). Payments must be made in advance of service delivery. All fees are non-refundable once recruitment activities have commenced for a specific position.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the recruitment process, including candidate profiles and organizational strategy.

6. TERM AND TERMINATION

This agreement remains valid for the duration of the active subscription. Either party may terminate this agreement with 15 days' written notice, subject to completion of ongoing recruitment commitments.
