3. JOB SEEKERS' RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Profile Information

Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their profile information. You agree not to include misleading information, false qualifications, or any content that is harmful or offensive.

3.2 Resume and Portfolio

You retain ownership of your resume and portfolio materials. By uploading these to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and share them with potential employers.

3.3 Privacy and Data

You acknowledge that your profile and resume may be visible to employers and recruiters. Once your information is accessed or downloaded by a third party, we cannot control its further use. Exercise caution regarding sensitive personal information.

4. EMPLOYERS' AND RECRUITERS' RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Legitimate Use Only

Employers and recruiters accessing candidate profiles must use such information strictly for legitimate recruitment purposes. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Data Protection

Employers agree to:

• Protect candidate data and maintain confidentiality
• Use candidate information only for recruitment-related purposes
• Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws
• Not sell, share, or distribute candidate information to unauthorized third parties

4.3 Misuse Consequences

Any unauthorized sharing, misuse, or exploitation of personal data will result in immediate suspension of the account and potential legal action.

5. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

If you purchase premium services or subscriptions, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payment terms are as follows:

• Billing occurs at the frequency specified at the time of purchase
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8. MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. We recommend reviewing these Terms and Conditions periodically.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

• Jobs listed are available or accurate
• Employers are legitimate or safe
• Candidates are qualified or truthful

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be exclusively in the courts located in Nepal.
